All Brisbane advertised tours leave from our private facility at Archerfield airport in Brisbane. Sydney tours leave from Bankstown Airport while our Adelaide tours leave from the main airport. We also offer regional departures as listed on the individual tour webpage.

Yes. There is secure undercover parking available at our private facility at Archerfield. (Subject to availability). Other airports will require you to park in the public car park.

Yes, you can request an invoice to be emailed to you so you can pay by direct transfer or at your local bank.
In order to secure your booking, you will need to pay a deposit if paying our regular price as listed on our website. This does not apply to our Book and Pay Now offers* See this link for details. (Add link to T&C’s)
Once you have a confirmed booking you will receive an initial Information pack with important details regarding your upcoming trip.
While you don’t ‘require’ insurance we always recommend that you have travel insurance for any unforeseen issues that may arise, especially before your trip.
Once your seat is confirmed you will receive an interactive itinerary with specific day to day activities and times for your tour.
We allow 15kg per person on our tours over 5 days in length. Our shorter Escape tours have a 10 kg allowance. There are laundry facilities available at most accommodation locations.
Our International tours have individual weight limits which may be higher depending on the country visited.
Yes. Most of our tours have a low fitness level required with the main requirement of being able to climb up and down the steps of the aircraft, unaided. Day tours may require walking to the location of interest, but you always have the option to remain on the bus if it’s too far. You can bring a walking stick if or wheelie walker if needed, however we are unable to accomodate any guests in wheelchairs or mobility aids.
As we are travelling to some remote areas on our tours you will be booked in the ‘best available’ at that location. In some cases, this will not be the same standard as in large city areas.
We have dedicated local guides at each destination that we travel to as ‘No one knows the area better than a local.’
Each of our tours have 2 crew who look after the flight and overall tour details and our local guides are used for each local ground tour.
We appreciate that there are many people who may be travelling on their own and we provide very reasonable pricing for the solo traveller. We specialise in solo travel and ensure that each person on our tours is made to feel welcome and part of our travelling family.
Once you have received your initial ‘Information Pack’ and confirmation details you will need to fill out your personal details at our secure online page.
Approximately 30 days before your tour date you will receive an email with final details on your departure date and time, crew for the trip and updated weather details for your destination. By this time you will also receive a detailed itinerary.
Once you fill out your guest details, we then provide our partners with any dietary requirements ahead of time. We will advise you ahead of time if there are any issues in the remote locations we visit in relation to dietary requirements.

Yes, an alcoholic beverage or two with your evening meal is included as part of our tour packages.
